Eurogroup President Donohoe's report to the President of the Euro Summit
The President of the Eurogroup, Paschal Donohoe, has sent a letter to the President of the Euro Summit, Charles Michel, to report on the recent work by the Eurogroup and upcoming work priorities.
The letter focuses on work under five key policy priorities:
- preserving prosperity by tackling long-term challenges
- building a stronger Capital Markets Union as a key element to the financing of Europe’s priorities and ensuring its competitiveness
- ensuring sustainable public finances as a precondition for supporting strategic investment needs
- strengthening international cooperation
- shaping the digital future of our currency to the benefit of European citizens and strategic objectives.
